SCITT

The SCITT programme offers Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a Professional Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) which is validated by University Campus Suffolk (an accredited College of the University of East Anglia) and the University of Essex.

Approximately 85% of the Academic Year is spent in Placement Schools; the other time consists of core training and subject specific Lead School days.

Trainees complete two placements. Placement A: September – December; Placement B: February – June
